James

James “Ollie” Purdue, 90 formerly of Warsaw, passed away on Saturday at the Carroll County Memorial Hospital. He was the son of the late John and Annie Morgan. He was the husband of the late Mary Warner Purdue. He was also preceded in death by four brothers; Lawrence Purdue, John Purdue, Harry Purdue, and John Henry Freeman. He was also preceded in death by a sister. He is survived by his son; Connely Green of Warsaw. One Granddaughter; Nikki Green and One great-grandson; Dalen Payton. Also surviving are several Nieces and Nephews and great nieces and great nephews. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday at 1pm at the Second Consolidated Baptist Church in Warsaw. Visitation will begin at 11am. Burial will be in the Church Cemetery. Garnett-New-McDonald Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
